We specialize in delivering high-quality steel structures for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced **General Manager (GM) - Marketing** to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

The **GM - Marketing** will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the overall marketing strategy. This role requires a strong leader who can develop brand positioning, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement to strengthen Ferromonk’s market presence.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Manage and lead the marketing team to execute campaigns, digital marketing, and client outreach.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

## **Qualifications & Skills**:

- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the construction, steel, or PEB industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in brand development, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
