**Position: AGM/GM- International Supply chain**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).

2. 15+ years of experience in supply chain & procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

3. Strong team handling experience

4. Good communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure global procurement, supplier development, logistics, customs, inventory planning, and distribution and cost efficiency across international operations.
- New vendor development
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and manage relationship with them.
- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Handle risk assessment and mitigation related to international trade activities
- Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- **Develop and implement international supply chain strategies** aligned with the organization’s business goals.
- Develop and implement the company’s global supply chain strategy aligned with manufacturing capacity, production schedules and logistics.
- Identify and qualify new international suppliers and sourcing markets to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
- Negotiate global supply contracts to achieve cost savings, improved payment terms, and value added partnerships.
- Work closely with manufacturing, production planning, and operations teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Collaborate closely with all the departments like production, quality and finance related to commercial teams to align supply chain strategies with business priorities.
