Role Overview
As a Team Lead Sales, you will manage a team of 810 telesales executives. Your goal is to drive sales performance, coach and mentor your team, and ensure smooth operations while achieving and exceeding targets. You will act as a key contributor in building a high-performing, motivated, and agile sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of sales callers to meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team metrics, analyze KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue), and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coaching & Feedback: Provide regular feedback and training to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques.
- Motivation & Culture: Foster a positive, energetic, and target-driven team culture through recognition, gamification, and performance incentives.
- Customer Escalations: Handle client escalations professionally and support team members in resolving complex queries or objections.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in the sales funnel, suggest and implement process improvements to increase conversion and productivity.
