Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities for expansion, including setting up satellite clinics/centers.
  • Build and maintain strategic alliances with hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical companies, and other healthcare providers.
  • Drive partnerships and collaborations to enhance hospital visibility and growth.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals for business development initiatives.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, partnerships, and collaborations with stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic planning.
  • Work closely with hospital management to align expansion initiatives with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in Business Development / Strategic Alliances in a reputed hospital, diagnostic center, or medical company.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field with previous exposure in similar role.
