Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Officer based in Varanasi. The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for managing distribution channels, overseeing sales operations, and fostering business growth in the assigned territory. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, driving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Distribution Management and Channel Sales
  • Experience in Sales Management and achieving sales targets
  • Strong foundation in Business Development and Sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and build lasting partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the energy or automotive sector is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
