Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Partner located in Hyderabad. The Franchise Partner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the franchise business, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role includes handling finances, driving sales, and providing support to franchisees to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Franchising and Ownership skills
- Training experience
- Knowledge of Finance and Sales
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Investment required 3,50,000/- towards the Stock purchase of 100 Starter Kits.
