Marketing Manager

Role Objective
To plan, execute, and oversee FABOs marketing strategy across franchise, retail, and digital channels driving brand visibility, franchise leads, and customer acquisition for FABO and Pristino. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning FABO as India's most trusted laundry & dry cleaning brand with a strong local and national presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Build and implement FABOs marketing roadmap aligned with franchise and B2C goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all FABO sub-brands (Pristino, Xpresso, FABO Shop).
- Manage design and creative communication store branding, campaigns, print collaterals, and digital creatives.
- Develop content themes for FABO Franchise Community Magazine, blogs, and social media.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp Retargeting, and SEO).
- Design offer calendars and seasonal promotions to drive walk-ins and conversions.
- Oversee FABOs website and online visibility , Google Business listings).
- Manage and optimize lead flow for franchise sales and B2C customers.
- Analyze campaign ROI and maintain monthly marketing dashboards.
3. Franchise Marketing Support
- Create marketing toolkits for franchise partners (banners, flyers, WhatsApp templates).
- Support store-level launch campaigns and grand openings.
- Coordinate local influencer collaborations and PR coverage.
- Train franchisees on digital marketing best practices and local promotions.
- Drive monthly engagement campaigns (referral, reactivation, subscription offers).
4. Communication & PR
- Build FABOs reputation through press releases, media interactions, and local PR events.
- Manage internal newsletters and franchise community magazine content.
- Oversee storytelling and video content (success stories, testimonial reels, Inside FABO series).
5. Research, Analysis & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Prepare monthly performance reviews: ad spends, lead conversions, and store ROI.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations for new campaigns or product lines.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing (preferably franchise or retail sector).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Creative thinking with hands-on knowledge of campaign design and execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools
