About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Franchise Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our Pre-School division. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential investors, building partnerships, and closing franchise opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive franchise sales through field visits, school visits, and networking.
- Identify and onboard potential investors and franchise partners.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close franchise agreements.
- Generate leads via referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Support franchisees during onboarding and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing, Business, or related).
- 4–8 years' franchise sales experience (Education / Pre-School / EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel for client and school visits.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
