About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Franchise Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our Pre-School division. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential investors, building partnerships, and closing franchise opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive franchise sales through field visits, school visits, and networking.
  • Identify and onboard potential investors and franchise partners.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close franchise agreements.
  • Generate leads via referrals, events, and digital platforms.
  • Support franchisees during onboarding and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing, Business, or related).
  • 4–8 years' franchise sales experience (Education / Pre-School / EdTech preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel for client and school visits.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
