Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelery Customer Representative based in Mumbai. The Jewelery Customer Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any customer issues. The role demands maintaining a high level of product knowledge, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly, and facilitating excellent customer experiences. Effective communication and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
