Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone, resolving technical and account-related issues effectively.
- Guide and onboard new users to ensure smooth adoption of the platform and its features.
- Monitor customer account health, proactively address concerns, and drive product usage and retention.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to enhance customer experience and relay feedback for continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Postgraduate with 13 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support roles within a SaaS, Cloud, or technology-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle queries efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Experience using CRM tools and understanding customer engagement metrics will be an advantage.
