
Customer Success Executive

**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our coaches, assisting them with platform navigation, troubleshooting, and maximising their experience. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring their success, satisfaction, and continued growth by providing timely and effective support. **Note -** As a startup, the work hours usually overspill beyond the official hours and sometimes even during weekends. And new opportunities and responsibilities keep coming up. We are looking for someone who’s ready to adapt quickly and deliver consistently. This role is not suitable for the easy-going, is apt for those who are comfortable in challenging environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist coaches in understanding and utilizing TagMango’s features and services.
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues.
- Build strong relationships with coaches to understand their needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Educate coaches on platform updates, new features, and best practices.
- Track and analyze coach satisfaction and success metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Sales) to enhance the customer experience.
- Act as an advocate for the coaches' needs within the company.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, ideally in the SAAS or edtech industry.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CRM tools and support platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
