Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Executive(CSE) at Uffizio, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get the most out of our platform. Your role will focus on driving customer satisfaction, ensuring retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will be a strategic advisor, helping customers unlock additional value, reduce churn, and drive growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to implement growth strategies and engage directly with clients to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and full understanding of Uffizio’s platform capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor to help them achieve success using Uffizio’s software.
- Customer Retention & Churn Reduction: Proactively monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and work on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to maximize customer lifetime value and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop strategies that drive customer growth and ensure long-term success.
- Client Meetings & Engagement: Regularly meet with clients to review their needs, ensure they are reaching their objectives, and suggest product enhancements or new services to support their growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze customer usage data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ROI metrics to provide insights and recommendations that align with customer goals.
- Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that their feedback informs future product development. Address any customer issues and work with the support team to resolve them promptly.
- Churn Rate Management: Use data-driven insights to track customer engagement and predict potential churn, working to ensure proactive measures are in place to maintain high retention rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of identifying and implementing upsell/cross-sell opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Client Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset, and a passion for meeting with clients to drive their success.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyse customer data to identify trends, make informed recommendations, and reduce churn.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing strategies for client growth and product adoption.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving issues, ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience using Uffizio’s platform.
- Collaboration: Strong team player capable of working across departments, including sales, product, and support.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the fleet management industry or related sectors.
- Experience using CRM software and customer success tools to manage client relationships.
- A proven record of reducing churn and improving customer retention through proactive engagement strategies.
