Job Title: Customer Success Executive Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve queries efficiently, and a basic understanding of Excel for data management. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via calls, emails, or chats. Provide prompt and effective solutions to client issues and concerns. Maintain positive client relationships by ensuring a smooth experience. Assist customers in navigating the platform and using Sprintcart's services effectively. Use basic Excel to review, edit, and manage customer data. Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams and ensure timely resolution. Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to enhance service quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in customer support / customer success (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy. Basic knowledge of MS Excel (editing, filtering, formatting data). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
