We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial, and analytical leader to join us as Senior Manager Retail Growth Experiments. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role where you'll design and execute pilots to drive growth in our offline stores, with a clear goal: improve store conversion rates and customer experience.

You'll work closely with the COO and the retail team to turn insights into action, run experiments across multiple cities, analyze results, and scale what works.

What Youll Do :

  • Design and run growth experiments across our retail stores to improve walk-in conversions, upsell rates, and store productivity.
  • Collaborate with store teams to identify problem areas and test innovative solutions from store layouts to in-store communications to behavioral nudges.
  • Conduct deep-dive customer interactions and store visits to understand buying behavior and friction points.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of pilots, including tracking KPIs, gathering feedback, and deriving insights.
  • Create scalable growth playbooks from successful experiments to be rolled out across the network.
  • Partner with retail operations, marketing, and training teams to enable smooth on-ground execution.
  • Travel regularly to stores across key markets to test and validate hypotheses.

What Were Looking For :

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in growth, business strategy, retail operations, consulting, or consumer startups.
  • Proven experience in running structured experiments or projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be comfortable with numbers and behavioral data.
  • A self-starter with a high ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence without authority.
  • Willingness to travel 610 days/month to run on-ground pilots and customer studies.
  • Good pedigree - IITs, IIMs, BITS, ISB, SPJIMR
