JOB DESCRIPTION –

Ecommerce Manager

Job Location - Sewree, Mumbai (HO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard Onestop's product catalog on Q-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon Fresh, etc.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with platform category managers and operations teams.
  • Negotiate favourable listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility on partner apps.
  • Coordinate with internal merchandising, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure real-time product availability.
  • Analyze category sales, consumer trends, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and monitor performance KPIs such as GMV, order volume, and SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with store teams for Q-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations.
  • Explore hyperlocal expansion opportunities by leveraging store locations for micro-fulfilment.
  • Optimize P&L and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue, improve ROI, and ensure profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, or retail partnerships (Q-commerce experience is a must).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency).
  • A growth mindset, with a customer-first approach and strong execution agility.
