Role Description

This full time, on site role is located in Mumbai and involves managing the company's ecommerce website

The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for ensuring website content is up to date, developing and

implementing online marketing strategies, managing the end to end process of order fulfilment and returns, as well as nurturing customer relationships The Ecommerce Specialist will work closely with cross functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, and will report to the CEO.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

 2 years of experience in ecommerce website management and a solid understanding of ecommerce

platforms and tools

 Proven track record of delivering sales growth through online channels, including social media

 Experienced of working on different Market Places like Amazon, Myntra Nykaa and others along with

Shopify, Shiprocket and Shipway

 Listing improvements, Catalogue management and Monthly Report analysis

 Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to use data to measure and optimize online campaigns

 Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously

 Experience in managing customer service and order fulfilment processes

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills


Proactive, self motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused
