Brand & Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functioning of our premium handcrafted bags and accessories brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands the balance between creativity, operations, and business - ensuring smooth production, omnichannel sales, and a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
You will be the central link between designer, founder, manufacturers, e-commerce channels and gifting channels as well as customers.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supply Chain
Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure timely production of collections and replenishment.
Monitor product quality and resolve any QC issues proactively.
Manage inventory across warehouse, store, and online platforms, ensuring optimum stock levels.
Streamline logistics, packaging, and order dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.
Develop SOPs for order management, vendor management, and inventory control.
E-Commerce & Retail Management
Oversee product listings, launches, and inventory sync across Website, Etsy, and store.
Work closely with the retail store executive to ensure premium in-store experience and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the e-commerce/marketing team on online promotions, campaigns, and performance.
Monitor omnichannel sales data and provide weekly insights to management.
Support new product launches with storytelling, merchandising, and cross-team coordination.
Work with agencies/freelancers for photography, content, and social media campaigns.
Business & Reporting
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales, margins, and operational KPIs.
Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and negotiations.
Maintain budgets for production, logistics, and marketing spends.
Present business performance reports and growth opportunities to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Min 3 years of experience in D2C, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand operations.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, vendor handling, and inventory control.
Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon).
Understanding of brand marketing, digital campaigns, and customer experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with comfort in using Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
Passion for fashion, accessories, or handcrafted products is a strong plus.
