Immediate hiring for an Operations Manager at BrandORama
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday–Friday)
About the Role:-
We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our fast-paced creative team at BrandORama, a UGC-led content agency creating high-performing ads for top D2C brands.
You'll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from script to final edit.
What You'll Do:-
1) Write engaging UGC ad scripts for multiple brands.
2) Coordinate between production, post-production, editing, and creative teams.
3) Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time deliveries.
4) Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
5) Take ownership of new and evolving tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:-
A) 1–3 years of experience in operations / production / client servicing (agency or content background preferred).
B) Strong multitasking & coordination skills.
C) Good understanding of social media and UGC-style content.
D) Based in Mumbai (Malad), must be comfortable working from the office.
E) Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
