Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager (Government & Tendering)
Job Summary:
To lead and execute the sales and marketing efforts for our products in the government sector, specializing in tendering, bidding, and building strategic relationships with government clients to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to target government agencies and departments.
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities, prepare and submit winning bids and proposals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key government officials and procurement agencies.
- Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Collaborate with technical, legal, and logistics teams to support tender compliance and product delivery.
- Monitor tender portals, track upcoming opportunities, and maintain a competitive market intelligence database.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the government client base and increasing market share.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets and improve overall performance.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to government procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager, ideally with experience in government sector and tendering work.
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes, tendering, and bidding procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in preparing detailed proposals, tenders, and strategic presentations.
- Existing network of government contacts is a significant advantage.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

- Ability to analyze tender documents and prepare technical/financial proposals.
