Job Title: US IT Staffing – Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager

Experience: 2–15 Years (US Staffing domain)

Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (as applicable)

Shift: US Shift Timings

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic professionals in US IT Staffing with strong expertise in Client Acquisition & Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have direct client connects with Tier-1 vendors or end clients (e.g., TCS, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc.) and proven ability to generate new business while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and Tier-1 vendors for US IT Staffing.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely closures.
  • Drive business growth and revenue through consistent client acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercials with clients/vendors.
  • Stay updated with US staffing trends, compliance, and visa-related guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 2–15 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing – Business Development/Client Acquisition.
  • Strong network of direct client connects and Tier-1 vendor relationships.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation through client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Self-starter with high ownership and result-oriented mindset.
