Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. staffing team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients in need of staffing solutions. You will work closely with recruiters and account managers to place qualified candidates and help businesses meet their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.

Qualify leads and schedule meetings or discovery calls with decision-makers.

Client Engagement:

Understand client hiring needs and present suitable staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire).

Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals.

Conduct follow-ups on proposals, and close business opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update CRM with accurate notes, client details, and activity logs.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration:

Partner with recruiters to ensure the right candidates are submitted and placed.

Provide feedback to recruiting team on client preferences and job market trends.

Qualifications:

8+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).

Proven ability to cold call and develop new business opportunities.

Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce).

Understanding of U.S. employment types (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, etc.) is a plus.

High energy, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience selling IT, healthcare or professional staffing services.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a consultative sales approach.
