About the Role:
As our HR Staffing Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our talent acquisition and management strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR generalist and staffing functions, from recruitment and onboarding to training, employee relations, and client management. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a driven and experienced HR professional to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Generalist:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal and client positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes that ensure compliance and support a positive work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions.
Design and deliver training programs for HR staff and new hires.
Staffing Services:
Develop and implement effective staffing solutions for temporary and permanent placements, including identifying client needs, sourcing candidates, and managing the recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively prospect for new business opportunities.
Create and negotiate service agreements with clients.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staffing division, ensuring profitability and meeting revenue targets.
Track and analyze data to optimize staffing processes and measure success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a proven track record of success in recruitment and talent management.
Experience in managing a staffing division or similar service-oriented function is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
