Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned
Business Development Manager
with deep knowledge of the
US IT Contingent Staffing
landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, a proven ability to generate new business, and a hunter mindset. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of our staffing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
  • Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both client and company.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the
    US IT Staffing
    industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
  • Deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
