Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (staffing, consulting, software solutions, cloud, digital transformation, etc.).
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
Meet and exceed business targets (leads, conversions, and revenue).
Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development in the IT Industry.
Proven track record in IT services sales (staffing, software development, cloud, etc.).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / IT (preferred).
Knowledge of CRM tools, sales automation, and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
