Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Kamrej, Surat, Gujarat

Salary: 20k to 25k inhand + PF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and statutory documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software (preferred).
