Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead and oversee our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and support employee engagement activities.
- Generate reports on recruitment and HR operations.
- Payroll management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BBA, BCA, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
