**Designation**: Account Executive

Location: Mangrol, Near Kamrej, (60 Kms from Surat City)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the accounts department of the group, including financial transactions, reporting, and budgeting.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit processes and finalization of accounts.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS, and ensure all necessary filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountants for financial planning, audits, and tax-related matters.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between internal departments and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses as required by management or regulatory authorities.
- Co-ordinate with CA and auditors

**Qualifications and Skills**:
B.Com/Inter CA/ CA with good knowledge of Accounting software like Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, Ms. Office etc..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
