**Job Title**: Account Executive
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Location**: Vesu, Surat
**Reporting To**: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
- Prepare and post journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor fund flow.
- Scrutinize ledgers and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Finalize accounts up to trial balance; assist in audit and statutory reporting.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns such as **GST, TDS, and PT**.
- Support in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of books.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers and financial records.
- Co-ordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams for data and compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Handle inter-branch accounting and reconciliations if required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; M.Com/Inter CA is a plus.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in core accounting.
- Strong understanding of **accounting principles, GST, TDS, and income tax provisions**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, or any other ERP software**.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data filtering).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in multi-branch or group company accounting.
- Exposure to inventory, cost center, or job work accounting.
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
