Position: Accounts & Audits Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Exp. Requirements: Freshers to 3 years

Location: Udhna Darwaja, Surat.

Salary Offered: 13000 to 23000/

Job Description:.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, managing contracts, invoices, and payments related to digital marketing services. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Process employee reimbursements and ensure timely statutory payments (GST, TDS, PF, ESI)
- Prepare schedules and reports for consolidation of group companies/subsidiaries.
- Manage ERP accounting modules (e.g., SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, Zoho Books).
- Assist in planning and execution of internal and external audits; coordinate with internal auditors.
- Monitor compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.

Required skills:

- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse financial data.
