Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and GST filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting Tally software.
  • Daily domestic as well as export sales invoice preparation.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments to sales department.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and support in GST audits.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Ensure timely payment of TDS and file TDS returns.
  • Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documents and records.
  • Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with HR and calculating PF, ESI, and professional tax, Loan, advance payable and receivable.
  • Prepare MIS reports and other financial summaries as required by management.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with an Indian company or CA firm.
  • Familiarity with DHL/FEDEX invoicing and Air-way billing.
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing and digital accounting tools.

Compensation:

  • As per industry standards and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹18,000.00 per month
