Job Title: Hotel Management Trainee – Mulberi Storries Café

Location: Kollam

Reports To: Café Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for young and enthusiastic Management Trainees to join Mulberi Storries Café. This role is perfect for freshers from hotel management or hospitality who want to learn café operations and grow into a leadership role.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn and support daily café operations – customer service, billing, and floor management.
  • Assist in food & beverage service, order taking, and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with the café manager to understand inventory, staff coordination, and customer handling.
  • Interact with guests and ensure they have a great experience.
  • Be flexible to work across different areas of the café when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hotel Management / Hospitality graduates or diploma holders (freshers welcome).
  • Passion for food, beverages, and customer service.
  • Friendly, positive, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
