Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hotel Nani in Kollam. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry services, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include training and supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms for quality control, and coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and ability to lead a team
  • Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus
