Job Title Housekeeping Associate Department Housekeeping Reports To Housekeeping Supervisor Executive Housekeeper Job Type Full-Time Location Fragrant Nature Resort Kollam Job Summary The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring cleanliness orderliness and overall hygiene of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces The role contributes directly to guest satisfaction by providing a clean comfortable and welcoming environment Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and replenishing amenities Clean bathrooms thoroughly including sinks toilets mirrors and floors Restock supplies such as towels toiletries water bottles and minibar items if applicable Maintain cleanliness in corridors public restrooms and service areas Handle guest laundry and linen as per standards if assigned Report maintenance issues or damaged items immediately to the supervisor Follow the hotel s SOPs for cleaning room setup and safety procedures Manage and organize housekeeping trolley and supplies efficiently Follow guest privacy guidelines and avoid unnecessary disturbances Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards Report lost and found items as per hotel policy Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Work Location In person
