The F&B Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering patient meals to hospital rooms in a timely, professional, and hygienic manner. This role ensures patient satisfaction by following specific dietary requirements and maintaining excellent communication and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meal Delivery**:

- Deliver meals and beverages to patient rooms according to the meal schedule.
- Verify patient identity and ensure delivery matches prescribed dietary requirements.
- Assist patients with setting up meals, if needed.
- **Diet Compliance**:

- Review meal tickets to ensure they comply with diet orders from the dietitian or clinical team.
- Communicate with nursing or dietetics staff regarding patient diet changes or concerns.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with patients and families in a friendly, respectful, and compassionate manner.
- Respond promptly to patient requests or escalate to the appropriate team if needed.
- Handle patient feedback courteously and professionally.
- **Sanitation & Hygiene**:

- Maintain cleanliness of meal carts and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety standards, hospital infection control procedures, and PPE protocols.
- Collect used trays and return them to the kitchen in a timely manner.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Record food delivery and pick-up times as required.
- Report any issues with food temperature, presentation, or delays to the supervisor.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Work with nursing, dietetics, and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Hospital Management
- **Experience**: 1 year in food service, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of dietary restrictions and patient care.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and hospital protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
