
Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Process billing, payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Resolve guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and professional manner.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
