Demand Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social, content syndication, PPC) targeted at the US market.
Proactively source, identify, and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to create effective workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, Conversion Rates) to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff and follow-up process.
Stay updated on US market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
Min- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing role.
High proficiency in HubSpot, including experience with email marketing, workflow automation, lead management, and reporting.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
Experience in the Learning & Development (L&D), EdTech, or corporate training industry.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
