About the Role

We are looking for a female Appointment Generation Expert / Cold Calling Expert who can confidently communicate with international clients, schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and support the sales team. This is a fully remote night shift role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospects and qualify leads.

Schedule appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.

Maintain and update lead database and CRM.

Follow scripts and maintain high professionalism on every call.

Handle basic objections and ensure a positive client experience.

Achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets.

Provide timely reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Prior experience in cold calling / telesales / BPO / appointment setting preferred.

Comfortable working in a night shift.

Laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and persistence.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
