**About Us**

Pain Treatment MD is a healthcare practice focused on pain management. We are looking for an experienced **QuickBooks Expert** to join our team and help manage financial records with precision and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Troubleshoot and resolve QuickBooks issues
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes
- Stay up to date with financial regulations and best practices

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a **QuickBooks Expert** (Online and/or Desktop)
- Strong knowledge of **accounting principles** and **bookkeeping**:

- Experience with **bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Certification in QuickBooks or Accounting is preferred
