**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Be the citation expert for all the citation products that Chegg currently owns
- Go through the style guides of a style to create a CSL file for the addition of a new style
- Provide inputs for any citation-specific formatting errors that we have on our site
- Perform weekly sanity checks of Citations on our sites including the following:

- Format of the citation generated
- Fields that our Autocite API returns
- Capture the findings of the sanity check and capture action items for the same so that we can fix any issues
- Basic understanding of XML to updated the CSL files.
- Goals for the person:

- Completing biweekly citation sanity checks across all our sites and covering all the test cases
- Accurately capturing the gaps in the citations generated by our sites during the sanity checks
- Providing inputs for the user-reported issues within the given SLA
- Providing inputs to create CSL file for a new style within the given SLA

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Flexible shift
