Outbound Telesales Executive / Appointment Generation Executive
- **Location**: Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra Regions
- **Reporting To**: Sales Team Lead

**Role Overview**:
We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven **Outbound Telesales Executives / Appointment Generation Executives** to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential school clients in your assigned region, responsible for generating interest in BloomBird Edulearn's teaching improvement services and setting qualified appointments for our field sales team. Your exceptional communication, convincing, and negotiation skills will be key to your success in this exciting role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **outbound calls** to prospective schools, engaging with decision-makers (Principals, Academic Heads, Management) to introduce BloomBird Edulearn's unique value proposition.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of our Basic, TQI Pro, and TQI Advanced services, addressing initial queries and highlighting how our solutions solve their academic management and teaching improvement needs.
- **Identify and qualify leads** based on predefined criteria, assessing their interest, pain points, and readiness for a deeper conversation.
- **Set up and schedule qualified appointments** (virtual or in-person) for the field sales team, ensuring all necessary information is captured for a smooth handover.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.
- Handle initial objections with **exceptional convincing and negotiation skills**, converting skepticism into interest.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure seamless lead progression and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.
- Provide valuable market feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to the sales and marketing teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outbound telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting, preferably in B2B or EdTech.
- **Fluent and articulate English communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.**:

- **Demonstrable exceptional convincing and negotiation skills.**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in facing rejections.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for lead management and activity tracking.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve daily targets.
