We're Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sr Executive – Thane

Aastral International Consulting is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate with 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

Preferred Industry : Staffing / Recruiting Consultancy, IT Company, Automobile, Insurance, Banking

Candidate should be comfortable for Field Sales, Client Meeting, Client Coordination

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will engage with clients, present solutions, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.

What we're looking for:

2–5+ years of proven experience in business development / sales (consulting or services sector preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
