**Job Title: Business Development Executive**

**Location**: Thane (Onsite)
**CTC**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: 1+ year in IT Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients in need of IT services.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and identify new trends to position Prontosys IT Services effectively.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals, quotations, and project plans for clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and company offerings to effectively sell services.
- Manage and track leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales/business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex IT service offerings.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of IT services, technologies, and industry trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle client objections and provide tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
