Your Role (ASM – Maharashtra)
- Appoint & manage distributors across Maharashtra
- Drive primary & secondary sales (HORECA/QSR/Institutions)
- Develop new business & onboard key accounts
- Oversee depot ops, inventory & cold chain compliance
- Lead sampling, launches & customer activations
- Monitor sales, market trends & competition
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 yrs exp. in FMCG / Food Service / Frozen Foods / Distribution Sales
- Proven track record in distributor management & sales growth
- Street-smart, energetic & ownership-driven personality
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Graduate (MBA preferred) | Regional language fluency a plus
