The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Key Responsibilities


• Visit and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) including paediatricians, nutritionists, dieticians, and diabetologists and with other business opportunities


• Actively promote Ruokamill products through scientific detailing and impactful sales presentations.


• Drive product prescriptions and recommendations from HCPs.


• Conduct regular visits to chemists, pharmacies, and diet clinics to ensure product availability and visibility.


• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.


• Organize small group meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and workshops with doctors and nutritionists.


• Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and feedback from healthcare professionals.


• Ensure ethical, transparent, and science-backed promotion of products.

Requirements


• Education: Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Pharmacology / BSc (Biology (mandatory).


• Experience:



2–7 years
of experience in pharma selling / nutrition product selling / Food Services.


• Exposure to working with chemists, pharmacies, and diet clinics.

Skills:


• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).


• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.


• Ability to translate nutrition science into persuasive sales conversations.


• Mindset: Hardcore sales bent of mind with resilience to handle challenges in the field.
