Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth. Daily tasks will include market research, developing business strategies, sales planning, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to optimize efforts. The individual in this role will ensure business development plans are aligned with company objectives.

- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Client Relationship Management and Networking skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Experience in Real Estate or related industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
