  1. Brand Communication & Coordination

1) Act as the primary point of contact between the store and external brand representatives.

2) Maintain regular communication with brand teams regarding new launches, promotional activities, product feedback, and merchandising.

3) Coordinate and ensure timely implementation of brand-specific VM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines, promotional materials, and training sessions.

  1. Product Management

1) Ensure timely receipt of stock from external brands as per indent or PO.

2) Monitor SKU availability, stock rotation, and minimize ageing inventory.

3) Coordinate with warehouse/logistics/brand teams for stock replenishment or returns.

  1. Visual Merchandising (VM) & Brand Guidelines Compliance

1) Ensure that the store's visual display aligns with each brands identity and VM protocols.

2) Coordinate seasonal VM refreshes and promotional setups as per brand calendars.

  1. Sales Support & Brand Performance

1) Track and analyze brand-wise sales performance within the store.

2) Work with store staff to drive sales through product knowledge sharing and in-store brand trainings.

3) Assist in the planning and execution of brand activations, promotions, and campaigns.

  1. Training & Product Knowledge

1) Liaise with brand trainers to conduct periodic training sessions for store staff.

2) Maintain updated product knowledge across categories and ensure team awareness.

  1. Reporting & Feedback

1) Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on brand performance, customer feedback, and inventory health.

2) Escalate brand-related operational issues to the concerned internal or external teams.

  1. Customer Experience & Feedback

1) Ensure a consistent brand experience for customers in-store.

2) Gather customer feedback relevant to each brand and relay it back for product or service improvement.

  1. Brand Reco and payments.

1) Ensure billing, getting PI and cordination for POs.

2) Ensuring reco on a timely basis with the brands.
