Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trainer proficient in Australian Accounting and Taxation to train batches of up to 20 students. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software such as Xero and MYOB, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging online sessions. Multilingual fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online and in-person training sessions in Australian Accounting & Taxation.
  • Deliver lessons on topics such as income, deductions, BAS, GST, depreciation, payroll, and superannuation.
  • Train students on the practical use of Xero and MYOB software.
  • Manage batch schedules, monitor student progress, and address individual learning needs.
  • Prepare and update training materials, assessments, and course content.
  • Provide guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a high-quality learning experience.
  • Report training outcomes and feedback to the management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Australian Accounting & Taxation.
  • Proficiency in Xero and MYOB (hands-on experience preferred).
  • Sound understanding of Australian taxation laws, including income and deduction rules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English are mandatory.
  • Strong presentation and mentoring skills.
