About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Payroll Trainer to conduct on-site sessions for degree students at our Bangalore location. The trainer should have prior freelance or academic experience and solid knowledge of accounting principles, payroll management, and financial reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom sessions on Accounting, Payroll Processing, GST, TDS, and Financial Statements.
  • Teach practical tools such as Tally, Excel, and Payroll Software.
  • Create interactive assignments, exercises, and real-world examples for students.
  • Assess student performance and ensure hands-on learning outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Accounting or Payroll Trainer (freelance or college-level).
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems, payroll processing, and taxation basics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Immediate availability for on-site sessions in Bangalore.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Certifications in Tally, Payroll Management, or Accounting Software are an added advantage.
