Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, inventory planning, and stock tracking across marketplaces & e-commerce clients using Zoho.
  • Coordinate with warehouse & supply chain teams for efficient inventory flow.
  • Track returns, raise claims for lost/damaged stock, and process CN/transfer orders.
  • Create & manage marketplace listings with accurate details, images, and brand content.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and maintain high listing scores.
  • Implement listing strategies mergers/splits, combo creation, A/B testing, and keyword optimization.
  • Keep Brand Store updated with new listings.
  • Monitor product reviews, analyze feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
  • Generate performance reports and track key marketplace metrics.
  • Plan & execute deals, coupons, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor pricing to avoid unauthorized discounts.
  • Track marketplace sellers to ensure only authorized listings.
  • Maintain master SKU database & keyword database for optimization.
  • Develop and refine operational SOPs for marketplace management.
  • Provide product information sheets to e-com clients as required.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines & costs.
  • Oversee retail order processing once marketplace operations are stable.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must-Have: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: Zoho Books & Inventory, Power BI.
