Position : Ecommerce Executive

Location : Goregaon West

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years experience.

**Salary**: 15000 - 30000

Job Profile:
Create product listings on e-commerce portals (like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Amazon, etc)and our own e-commerce site. Ensure the correctness of the information.

Order processing of e-commerce Websites Flipkart, Amazon, etc.

Manage to price, sales order processing, sales order, customer queries etc.

Handle and manage the listing of products on online portals like Amazon, and Flipkart portals.

Coordinate for delivery and returns of customer orders.

Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.

Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images.

Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.

Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.

Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, descriptions & prices to increase the product visibility and hence sales.

Analytical and multitasking skills.

Understanding of Competitors' performance and e-commerce strategy.

Co-ordinate with commercial team & logistics to ensure shipment dispatch.

Support customers with online order issues, online payment issues, product details, etc.

Stay up to date with the latest and best (Amazon or similar) marketing practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
